Abstract
  • The field of work: a phenomenon of electoral corruption in Russia as a result of gaps in the Russian constitutional law. This work examines a phenomenon of electoral corruption in Russia as a derivative of lack of constitutional and legal regulation of an election law. The methodology of a research was made by comparative and legal, legallistic, formal and dogmatic, concrete and sociological, empirical, dialectic, analytical methods, system approach. In article, on the basis of a research and synthesis of practice of the United States of America, the first in domestic legal science review of gaps of the Russian constitutional law in the context of an electoral period of 2017  2018 is made. Conclusions are drawn on existence of gaps in constitutional and legal regulation of electoral laws of Russia. Offers on reforming of branches and institutes of national regulation are formulated. Outcomes of work can be used in further researches of lacunas of constitutional and legal regulation of the voting rights in the Russian Federation, scientific dis-cussions, improvement of legislative policy in the field, law enforcement and edu-cational process.
