Abstract
  • In this regard, it is quite obvious that many spheres of public relations of the modern Eastern Republic of Uruguay were formed taking into account the peculiarities of its historical development, and electoral justice is no exception. In the article, the author ex-amines the individual features and significance of electoral justice in the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and concludes that electoral justice in the Eastern Republic of Uruguay is the main democracy, since it guarantees both the legality of the electoral process and the politi-cal rights of citizens, and the body that ensures the implementation of electoral justice is the Electoral Court of Uruguay. Meanwhile, the institution of electoral justice itself objectively shows its effectiveness and is recommended for implementation in the Russian Federation in the form of an autonomous system of electoral courts, including the Federal Electoral Court, Electoral Courts of the constituent entities of the Federation, Municipal Electoral Courts and Electoral judges corps of polling stations.
